For Project Owners and Companies Designing and Installing Empty-Space Booths

  1. Participants must wear a yellow, green, or orange safety jacket during the booth setup days on 4–5 March 2024. If not brought, it must be purchased from the Exhibition Center, as it is mandatory by the exhibition organizer.
  2. The participant is responsible for providing all booth requirements, including furniture, electrical connections, flooring, and other setup needs, as the space will be provided completely empty.
  3. The participant must pay additional costs for electrical connections and furniture directly to the exhibition organizer.
  4. All electrical connections must be fully covered to prevent electrical hazards and to improve the overall appearance.
  5. Waste must be disposed of only in designated areas.
  6. Items must not be placed outside the allocated booth area (such as aisles or additional spaces in front of booths); otherwise, they will be removed by the Exhibition Center management.
  7. Booth height must not exceed 3 meters. Any violation will result in a fine of up to 500 Omani Rials.
  8. Dar Al-Ata’a Association bears no responsibility for any errors committed by booth construction companies or any other party.
  9. Booth construction must be completed within the dates and times specified by the exhibition management. Any delay will incur an additional charge of up to 200 Omani Rials per hour.
  10. Participants will be granted (2) entry passes for small booths and (4) entry passes for large booths.
  11. Dar Al-Ata’a Association and the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre do not provide assistance services for transporting items to or from the booth location.
  12. Visitor entry fee is 1 Omani Rial per day, payable at the hall entrance.
  13. If a booth is changed from empty space to standard booth or vice versa, the exhibitor will be fined 100 Omani Rials.
  14. A security deposit of 100 Omani Rials must be paid. Any violations will be deducted from this amount. The remaining balance will be refunded within a maximum of 30 working days after the exhibition.
  15. Boutiques only are allowed to book more than two booths, with a maximum of four booths, subject to presenting a commercial registration.
  16. Selling or leasing booth spaces to third parties is strictly prohibited, except for boutiques. Violators will face legal action and a fine of up to 500 Omani Rials.
  17. Dar Al-Ata’a Association and the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre are not responsible for any loss or theft of goods, furniture, or other items before, during, or after the exhibition.
  18. Participants are allowed to bring their own surveillance cameras.
  19. Dar Al-Ata’a Association reserves the full right to modify booth locations and allocated spaces as deemed appropriate for the exhibition’s benefit, and participants must accept such changes.
  20. If a participant wishes to add another name or exchange booth locations between participants, they must notify Dar Al-Ata’a management and pay a fee of 30 Omani Rials per party, subject to approval.
  21. If the participant cancels participation for any reason, the paid amount is non-refundable, and no claims may be made.
  22. No more than (2) projects are allowed in a small booth and (4) projects in a large booth, with boutiques exempted. In case of violation, the association has the right to terminate the contract without refund.
  23. Upon signing this contract, the exhibitor/participant is legally obligated to pay the full participation fee and security deposit upon registration. For remote registration, payment must be made and a copy of the bank transfer receipt sent to Dar Al-Ata’a Association management within one hour only.
